Calling all congregants of FPCMV to a (very short) 📋Congregational Meeting AND ALSO to a Townhall Meeting (longer) on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2026 immediately following worship. ⛪

The CONGREGATIONAL MEETING is being called by Session to complete the business of the 2026 Nominating Committee. The AGENDA will be:

• Vote to elect Deacon nominees 🗳

• Vote to approve 2027 Church Officer Nominating Committee

• Dismiss the 2026 Nominating Committee with gratitude

ALL are welcome to attend but only members have voice and vote in the Congregational Meeting.

This will be followed immediately with a TOWNHALL MEETING where everyone can hear where we are with the Trilateral Meetings (FPCMV, Menlo, Presbytery of San Jose) to consider extending and re-envisioning our lease relationship with Menlo Church Mountain View. At the Townhall, everyone will be able to ask questions, voice opinions, and clarify what is under consideration.
